Men and women are called to different roles. Equal value in the eyes of God is a given, and equal pay for doing the same job is also a guarantee at least in the Western countries.

What the liberation of women has done, espessially the birth controll pill and the access to abortion has "liberated" women sexually so that women can have sex without the consequences that held up marriage as a standard for sexual relationships until the 60s/70s. Even up to the 90s people often felt like they had to get married to each other if they fell pregnant out of wedlock to secure the child and do what was right.

Some of the effencs of this sexual revolution that made it possible for women to have sex without having kids out of wedlock (if they want to avoid it) led women to allow sex outside of wedlock witch is not something women were used to having to deal with, as the risk were too high for the average woman to ever risk it before the birth control pill/abortion became availiable. His has infected the culture so much that these days women feel like sleeping around and being self sufficient in all ways is the best way of life in the world. This has raised the standard for what kind of men they want, and they won't settle for the average man, as they can get a top 20% man to sleep with them and therefore expect the top 20% man to also marry them when they eventually are bored of single-life and want marriage and kids in their mid-thirties. Still those top 20% men can have most women, and won't settle for a 35 year old with loads of previous sex partners and an attitude.

Men are looking for traditional women. Women with the same qualities that their grandmothers had. Traditional women, traditional values. Women who have feminine traits, and no fake stuff in their body or their looks (fake hair, nails, 8008S, lip filler, lashes ect. ) Men also are more attracted to young women who are more fertile, and less self dependant.

Women of the world today don't want to submit to no man. They make their own money, and still expect men to pay all of their dates, and expenses if they are together. Women also won't listen to a man telling them that they shoul'd dress apropriately, or stay away from night clubs, or just not embarrass him in public. Women have adopted masculine traits and forgotten that the traditional and attractive men who will provide and protect also want a wife who will submit, and be his peace insted of his drama.

Not sure if this answered anything, but I have been listening to a lot of teaching and debate on this topic, and currently I am looking on how to improve traditional and feminine traits in myself to better attract the men I want, instead of the men I currently can attract. So focus on no drama, being loyal, being demure, cooking, cleaning, respect for my family and treating the right man with respect.

Christian men has to deal with much of this lack of traditional femininity also in churches and with christian women. I won't say it is all that bad, but also finding a woman in church that has been a christian her entire life and has no previous sex partners is not that easy.

Also many women won't submit. Not sure why, or if it is a consequence of not really reading the bible or knowing God through intimate communication with Him in their personal prayer life. This is very simple if one is really a Jesus follower.

The solution for us, the women who would like to submit is to choose a man worthy of submitting to. If you can't find a man you can submit to, don't get married. It is very simple.

I remember having a theological debate back in 2006 or 2007 with one man who disagreed greatly with me on one topic. I didn't have the besst argument back then, but he was firm in not wanting to date a woman with a view oposing to his, and we then agreed on never dating each other. I now have found the argument for my standpoint, and he ended up marrying a woman with the oposing standpoint, and she chose to submit to his standpoint in their family because she truly is a very traditional woman, despite me believing she had the correct theology on that topic. And I think this is a great example of how I am responsible to not marry or date someone I can't submit to.

Although I believe there are better examples of why God called the men to lead the families. My favorite one is that God called the man to protect the wife and the kids from having to deal with the worst attacks from the enemy (the umbrella picture where he has his umbrella over the wife and kids, and has to take more fights).

As a woman I am so blessed that If I get married I get to have a husband who loves me and wants to make decisions that are the best for me and for our family. I would never marry a man if I don't trust his judgement, his intentions, his heart and his relationship with the Lord.

Men have always wanted traditional women when choosing wifes. Women still want traditional men for husbands. Still the world is forcing men away from masculine traits and only praising men that have feminine traits (being stay at home dads, choosing feminine line of work or wearing nail polish) Women don't find those men attractive, but usually place them in the friendzone.

The issue is more or less that there are very few traditional women left, even in church, so for the really great traditional men they have a hard time finding a woman who isn't shallow or looking for someone that actually don't exist (Someone 6'3" who makes at least 100.000$ a year, has a six pack (and is like a pastor, or worship leader (Christian addition)).) Then they will end up single forever.

Most men in church are 9-5 guys with 40.000$ a year and some are just 5'5" but they would be great husbands. Sadly in church some of the men are lacking traditinal traits as well, being non-providers/lazy, or trying to live in a hookup-culture. Possibly because of the lack of fathers/mentors and guidance towards manhood from other men in church.

Biblical article

The term women’s rights gained popularity in America beginning in 1848, in Seneca, New York, when 300 people signed a declaration calling for an end to discrimination against women. However, in 1866 the 14th Amendment, which was to guarantee the basic rights of all citizens, designated the word citizen to mean “male voter,” thus eliminating women from such protection. But by 1900 every state had passed legislation that allowed married women to own property and keep their own wages. Despite those advancements, history has not been kind to women. In the face of the freedoms women enjoy in modern America, the unfair laws and practices of the past still haunt us, and there are many countries that continue to treat women as lesser human beings. Some people claim that the Bible is one reason women have been treated unfairly. Others point to the Bible as planting the seeds of liberation for women. Let’s consider women’s rights in light of the Bible.

Before looking at what the Bible has to say about social issues, we must always understand the context of a particular passage and the audience to whom it was addressed. The Bible is a collection of books, each inspired by God but written by different authors, in different eras, for different purposes (2 Peter 1:21; 2 Timothy 3:16). For example, God’s command to the Israelites to “utterly destroy the Hittites and the Canaanites” (Deuteronomy 10:17) was not written to 21st-century Christians. We cannot act on that command; it was not intended for us. Instead, we learn from it and seek to understand God’s purposes in it. Likewise, some Old Testament elements that sound to our Western ears as though God disrespects women need to be considered in light of the culture of the Near East in 4000 BC.

What we know from Scripture is that God created woman as a complement and a gift to man (Genesis 2:18, 22). She is to be treasured, protected, and selflessly served the way Christ loves and serves His church (Ephesians 5:25–30; 1 Peter 3:7). But fallen man, acting according to his sinful flesh, perverts what God creates. Over time, God’s ideal for the woman was shattered, and she became little more than a sexual object, baby-bearer, and slave to the man. This was not God’s plan, just as war, disease, and suffering were not His plan. But God allows humankind free will to choose whether to honor His commands or defy them; however, consequences come with either choice. One consequence that resulted from man’s misuse of the woman God gave him is that one-half of His image (Genesis 1:27) has been abused, subjugated, disrespected, and violated throughout history.

When God gave the Law to the Israelites (Exodus 24:12), He worked within the social structure they already knew. Ancient civilizations were often violent, idolatrous, superstitious, and evil (Genesis 6:5–6). God called out a people and began to teach them about Himself, help them separate themselves from the pagan nations around them, and show them a better way to live (Jeremiah 32:38–39). One aspect of His Law elevated the status of women and children to new heights. God worked within their social structure to ensure “women’s rights”; that is, in the Law women were protected, given fair treatment, and provided for so that no woman could be used and then discarded as was the practice in the pagan nations. God implemented specific laws to protect widows, orphans, and single women without male providers (Exodus 22:22; Deuteronomy 27:19; Joshua 17:3–4).

The problem with the term women’s rights is that it implies that certain groups can demand “rights” that God did not give them. Less noble inclusions usually piggyback on the benign phrase. For example, demand for “women’s rights” is usually equated with the pro-choice agenda. Activists maintain that part of a woman’s “right” is sovereignty over her own body, even if that body is housing a separate human being. But we cannot create our own “rights.” We have the right to life because God gave it to us. We have the right to avoid danger and abuse whenever possible because our bodies are God’s temple (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). We have the right to choose whether or not to obey God—and the right to receive the consequences of that choice. But we do not have the “right” to infringe upon any rights belonging to someone else.

The following is a list of rights God gave women:

1. A woman has the right to be treated as a woman the way God designed her. In other words, no one has the “right” to force a woman to behave as a man and defy her God-given gender. God placed beauty and grace in the female soul different from the characteristics He gave men (Deuteronomy 22:5). A woman who cannot accept her design as a female needs to be loved, counseled, and shown what it truly means to be a woman. Lesbianism and gender-reassignment surgeries are not solutions God endorses.

2. A woman has the right to nurture and protect her own baby growing inside her body. No one has the right to force a woman to abort her child, and, by the same token, no woman has the right to force her baby’s death (Psalm 139:13).

3. A woman has the right to flourish and grow within the boundaries God created for her, just as men do. Men do not have the right to inhibit that growth and freedom, as has been done in the past and is still practiced in many parts of the world (Colossians 3:19).

4. A woman has the right to fair treatment because women are “joint heirs of the grace of life” (1 Peter 3:7). This includes equal opportunities to own property (Proverbs 31:16), receive an education, make personal decisions for herself, receive equal pay for equal work (Deuteronomy 24:17), and marry or not marry as she chooses (Numbers 36:6).

5. A woman has the right to serve the Lord according to her gifts and within the boundaries God set for His church (Titus 2:3–5; 1 Timothy 3:11).

6. A woman has the right to compete on an equal level with a man for opportunities not related to gender. However, to expect business and institutions to alter their standards so that women have a better chance is not equality at all. (For example, gender may prohibit a 4'6," 110-lb. woman from being hired for a heavy construction job.) Gender should never be a consideration for college admissions, medical school, or the business world because a woman’s feminine qualities in no way affect her performance.

7. A woman has a right to everything a man claims as his right, while honoring the God-given distinctions between the sexes (Galatians 3:28). Neither gender nor race should ever be used as an excuse to oppress or exclude a person from anything God allows.

When the phrase women’s rights agrees with the rights God instituted when He designed the woman, then the Bible fully supports those rights. When that term is hijacked to include evil that God never endorsed, then those so-called “rights” are not rights at all.

What people don't want to understand is everyone responds to life according to incentives and punishments.

Because woman were "liberated" from being half of a whole and now largely believe the beautiful lie that they can be whole without a man..... they have become something men don't want.

Because of this men have lost the incentive to actually be men and now prefer to stay boys. Men just don't believe anymore that one day they will marry a woman that is submissive to them in a way that makes her feel more like a woman and him more like a man. There is after all no point in being something that you get punished for more than rewarded for.... so masculinity has taken a sharp decline off a steep cliff and no one should be surprised.

Whether you are Christian or not in many ways is irrelevant, just because a man is a Christian does not mean he responds to stimuli any differently to a heathen. All it means is he has different ideals to aspire to.

No one has been liberated, instead we have all become enslaved to our own selfish independent desires of revolt.

WOMEN RULE (Isaiah 3:12)

The effect is sexless marriages, divided families, courts siding with women, men not getting to see their kids, men being broke, and men not wanting to marry at all, as well as many men now considering their own gender.

None follow the Bible.

Man is to be head.

"Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man." (1 Corinthians 11:9)

For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to adorn themselves. They submitted themeleves to their own husbands, like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear. (1 Peter 3:5-7)

Now days, WOMEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE. NO REGARD to God, NO REGARD to Bible. NO REGARD to unborn child. NO REGARD to husband and NO REGARD to the father of child.

As such, the New Testament teaching is that it is better not to marry. (Matthew 19:10 and 1 Corinthians 7:1)

Women are to be a help mate and partner.
